Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

Rock Pot Cafetaria (“Rock Pot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing you with a delicious and satisfying dining experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our policy for cancellations, changes, and dissatisfaction with your dine-in, take-away, and fast food delivery orders.

Order Cancellations and Changes

• Dine-In: Orders can be cancelled without penalty up until the time your food is prepared. Once your order is prepared, we cannot offer a refund. However, you may be able to take it to go, depending on the situation.
• Take-Away and Fast Food Delivery: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if done at least 30 minutes before the estimated pick-up or delivery time. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the estimated pick-up or delivery time will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover our costs associated with preparing your order.

Food Dissatisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with the quality of your dine-in meal, please bring it to the attention of your server immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation, which may include a remake of your dish or a discount on your bill.
• For take-away and fast food delivery orders, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within one hour of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement of the affected items, a store credit, or a partial refund.

Unavailability of Specific Menu Items

• In the case of unforeseen ingredient shortages, we reserve the right to substitute menu items with comparable alternatives of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to inform you of any substitutions before completing your order.

Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns of consumed food items.
