These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services for ordering and delivery of catered food (“Services”) from Rock Pot Catering (“Rock Pot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ordering and Payment

• Prices listed on the website or menu are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to change without notice.
• We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due in full before delivery.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within a limited radius of our catering kitchen. You can inquire about our delivery zone by phone or email.
• Minimum order amount may be required for delivery. A delivery fee will be applied at checkout based on distance.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cut-Off Times

Cancellations and Refunds
